High-Intensity Training Fitness aka HIT Fit!

It's Time to Change the Exercise Paradigm

Long hours in the gym rarely get you the results you want, encroach on your family or personal time and often lead to injury.


High Intensity Training (HIT) principals were originally created by Mike Mentzer.  He was highly criticized for this approach, but in 1978, Mentzer won the Mr. Universe title in Acapulco, Mexico, with the first and only perfect 300 score.  His record stands to this day.  Dr Doug McGuff wrote his book, Body by Science, based in part on Mentzer’s work.  It is upon that body of knowledge that we present HIT Fit as a way to improve YOUR body in just 20 minutes a week!


HIT workouts involve low reps with heavy weights, but all done very slowly.  Michael will be your coach and will guide you through a customized program - ideal for your body and your goals.  Each session is a private, one-to-one:  just you and Michael.  A typical session elsewhere costs between $45 and $100 per session.  At Nutriments of Cascade, each session is only $25 - and that includes your recovery protein shake, aloe and energy tea!
